- Application Store: Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

- Country: Refers to Bulgaria.
- Device: Any device that can access the Service (e.g., computer, cellphone, tablet).
- Service: The Application and any related features, functionalities, and services.
- Subscription: Paid plans offered by the Company that provide additional features.
- Terms: These Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Service.
- You: The user accessing or using the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms govern Your use of the Service and constitute a binding agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If You do not accept these Terms, You must not use the Service.
Your access to the Service is also subject to Our Privacy Policy.
User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and accept all responsibility for any activities that occur under your account.
User-Generated Content and File Uploads
The Service allows You to upload content such as images and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by uploading, you grant Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the operation and improvement of the Service.
You must not upload any content that is illegal, offensive, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates any laws. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The Service may offer products and features for purchase via the Application Store, including one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions. All purchases are subject to the terms of the relevant Application Store.
Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Application Store account settings.
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Promotions and Offers
We may occasionally offer promotions, discounts, or trial periods. These are subject to specific terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, logos, software code, and design assets. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without express written permission.
User Feedback
If You provide suggestions, feedback, or comments about the Service, You agree that We may use such input without obligation, compensation, or attribution to You. You grant Us a perpetual, worldwide license to use and incorporate such feedback into our products and services.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if You breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount You paid through the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, excluding conflict of law rules. Additional local, national, or international laws may also apply based on your location.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal action, You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the Company.
European Union Users
If You reside in the EU, you are entitled to any mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.
US Compliance
You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country subject to US sanctions and are not listed on any US government restricted party list.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
Waiver
No waiver of a breach shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation
If these Terms are translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of conflict.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify You of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
